Adverse aspects of globalization

Providing employment to a population in one country, providing external services, removes those jobs from another country, many opportunities are lost.

Different cultures around the world may be intertwined, but they are beginning to intertwine. The contours and identities of each section are weakened.

The spread of disease around the world and invasive plants can be devastating to non-native ecosystems.

Unfortunately, little international regulation can have painful consequences for the protection of people and the environment.
